Job seekers face a competitive market, but LinkedIn has powerful tools to help you stand out and land your next role, so tap into these resources.

Keep Your Profile Fresh

Ensure your profile is complete, engaging, and up-to-date. LinkedIn’s algorithm prioritizes profiles with recent activity, so post updates, share relevant content, and engage with your network. Commenting creates visibility, discoverability, and credibility, but you should add thought leadership that adds value.

Update your headline with a key title, keywords, and a unique selling proposition (USP) and “About” section to highlight your top skills and career goals.
