Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Vacuum Cleaner Repair Technician to join our team! As a Vacuum Cleaner Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vacuum cleaner models, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the highest quality of repairs to keep our customers’ homes and businesses running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and mechanical repairs, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with various types of vacuum cleaners (upright, canister, cordless, etc.)
• Perform repairs on malfunctioning vacuum cleaners, including motor replacement, belt adjustments, filter cleaning, and brush replacement.
• Test and ensure that vacuum cleaners are functioning correctly after repairs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating repair needs and options to customers.
• Keep detailed records of all repairs, parts used, and service recommendations.
• Stay current on new vacuum cleaner technologies and models to ensure up-to-date knowledge of repair methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized repair workspace.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks on vacuum cleaners, as needed.
