Are you hands-on, detail-driven, and ready to build something that matters? Global-Pak, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our Production Team as an FIBC Bag Assembler. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy working with your hands, this is the job for you! 🛠️

What You'll Do:
✨ Assemble large industrial bulk bags (FIBCs) by stitching panels, attaching loops, and adding liners
✨ Operate sewing machines and inspect products for quality
✨ Keep your work area clean and organized
✨ Be part of a supportive team focused on quality and efficiency

What We're Looking For:
✅ Experience in manufacturing or sewing a plus—but we provide training!
✅ Great hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
✅ Ability to follow instructions and work on your feet
✅ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You Get:
💵 $15/hour starting wage
🎯 +$1/hour bonus for working a full 40-hour week
📈 Opportunity for full-time hire with benefits after 90-day probation period.
