General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborers and Flooring Specialists to join our Sports Surfacing team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and be willing to engage in various tasks that support the sports surfacing process. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency of our operations and ensuring high-quality work.

Duties

• Operate and maintain equipment, including power tools and hand tools, to assist in the sports surfacing process.
• Participate in on-site prep work, court cleaning, crack fill, removal and installation of sports nets, posts, and tracks, layout of courts and tracks, color and court/track striping
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Perform routine inspections of equipment and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to supervisors.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sports surfacing setting or flooring is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and walk-behind equipment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours if necessary
• CDL preferred but not required
